从风口喷吹熔剂对炉料软熔性能和初渣性能的影响傅连春1,2,毕学工1,周国凡2,胡涛3,邢建通3,宋书亭3(1.湖北省武汉市武汉科技大学钢铁冶金及资源利用省部共建教育部重点实验室2.湖北省武汉市武汉钢铁(集团)有限公司3.安阳钢铁公司,河南安阳 455004)摘 要:试验研究了从风口喷吹碱性熔剂对高炉炉料软熔性能和初渣性能的影响.结果表明,随着综合炉料碱度的减小,滴落温度略有降低,滴落初渣中FeO含量明显增加,初渣流动性改善.还发现,烧结矿碱度过高可能加大滴落初渣与炉腹初渣的碱度差距,对初渣的稳定性产生不利影响.理论计算分析表明,采用从风口喷吹熔剂的技术有利于提高高炉的产量.关键词:高炉; 风口喷吹; 熔剂; 初渣; 软熔性能......
